Ancient Memory

Hexagonal abstract art - EARTHTUNEJP

When I was in high school, I entered a lottery for a short stay in England for high school students, organized by a Japanese confectionery company.

The program involved staying in England for about two weeks, learning basic English at a local university, and sightseeing.

It was completely free, including airfare and meals.

One day, my father told me that I had been selected, and only then did I remember that I had applied.

I was chosen as one of 20 students out of 30,000 applicants, but I was not surprised.

England was a very atmospheric and wonderful country, but later, what left the strongest impression on me was the Egyptian exhibition at the British Museum.

At that time, I had no interest at all in Egypt or world history, but for some reason, I felt excited in front of a replica of the Rosetta Stone and found it hard to leave.

A few years ago, an Egyptian exhibition was held at a museum in Tokyo.

Even then, I had no interest in Egypt, but I told my son, "I want to go and feel something," and went with him.

Last year, another Egyptian exhibition was held at the same museum in Tokyo.

I said exactly the same words to my son as I had a few years earlier, and we went together again.

The exhibits were on loan from a museum in the United States, and as I looked at them, I felt a slight ache, wishing that they could be returned to Egypt.

Photography was permitted, but I had no interest in taking photos.

However, I was somehow irresistibly drawn to small statues of Isis and Osiris, and I took a picture of them.

The hieroglyphs carved everywhere were calming just to look at, and I felt as though I might almost be able to read them.

A few months ago, when I learned my spiritual teacher was holding an online workshop on the Greek island of Santorini, I had no interest in Greece at all and intended to be absent.

However, the next day, the word “Egypt” kept echoing in my mind.

Looking at a world map, I realized for the first time how close Greece and Egypt are.

I also mistyped “Greece” during work, so I knew I should definitely participate in the workshop, and signed up at the last minute.

The theme of the workshop was Atlantis.

I learned that after the fall of Atlantis, some beings moved to Egypt, and I understood why I had been guided to this workshop.

I am almost certain that I was once in Atlantis and ancient Egypt, that I have a connection with Isis and Sirius, and that I was not only reading hieroglyphs, but also writing them.

Now, memories of my soul are gradually returning.

With gratitude,

Marie
