Inner and Outer

Hexagonal abstract art - EARTHTUNEJP

For about twenty years, I suffered terribly from severe obsessive-compulsive symptoms.

Desperate for a way out, I sought help from all kinds of people.

Believing that there must be someone somewhere who could save me, I visited all kinds of mental health clinics, spent large sums of money on fortune-telling, and made expensive donations to several new religious groups.

However, in the end, none of them were able to save me.

At that time, I believed that the cause and the salvation all existed in the outside world.

However, thanks largely to my son’s patient support and his deep love, my soul gradually awakened.

Through many spiritual experiences, I have now come to clearly understand that everything exists within myself.

I also understand that our inner consciousness creates the outer world.

Not only the emotions we are aware of, but also our unconscious and subconscious minds emit frequencies that are simply cast like three-dimensional projections into this visible world called reality.

The reality in front of us accurately shows us the frequencies we hold, giving us invaluable clues to know ourselves, as well as opportunities for change and growth.

However, when unpleasant events occur, we tend to place the cause and responsibility on the outside, blaming luck, other people, or the environment.

By doing so, we try to change the event itself, and when it does not change, our emotions waver, we shift away from our true center, and in other words, a separation occurs within us.

As a result, things stop going well.

On a surface level, no matter how unwanted an event may be, it occurs because we hold the frequency that causes it.

By simply knowing that everything is our own responsibility—not out of a sense of guilt—we can truly begin to create everything.

This is true not only on an individual level, but also on a global level.

Even in this world of advanced civilization, many conflicts still occur.

Primitive conflicts continue to occur because the frequency of primitive conflict still remains within us.

Everything happening in the world, including conflicts, is created by our collective consciousness.

This does not mean that we are to blame; it is the collective responsibility of humanity, and all of it has been an experience and learning necessary for our growth.

By returning to this understanding and each of us changing our inner consciousness, the world will inevitably change.

With gratitude,

Marie
